Quitclaim Deed Transfer 14 (C) (3) Properties to City of Angoon

Good morning Kootznoowoo Shareholders,

Last night was a historic time for Kootznoowoo and the City of Angoon.

The Kootznoowoo Board met and unanimously approved the Quitclaim Deed transferring the 14 (C) (3) properties to the City of Angoon and authorized President Hal Dreyer to sign it.

The Deed will be recorded today bringing a 22 year process to a successful and extremely beneficial close.
